Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer:

The user who registers on the ClothPix platform and completes the payment.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Customer regarding the digital photo generation service packages purchased through ClothPix.

3. Service Information

ClothPix is an AI-powered product photo generation service. The purchased product is a digital photo generation service package.

• AI product photo generation (1 generation = 1 photo slot)
• Downloading generated images

Service prices and package details are specified on the clothpix.com/pricing page.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are stated in Turkish Lira (TL) including VAT. Payments are processed securely through iyzico Payment Services. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Troy, wire transfer/EFT.

5. Delivery

The digital photo generation service package is instantly assigned to the Customer's account upon payment approval. There is no physical delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services performed instantly. Digital photo generation service purchases are evaluated within this scope.

7. Privacy and Data Security

Customer's personal data is processed within the framework of the ClothPix Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed through iyzico's secure infrastructure.

8. Dispute Resolution

For disputes contact destek@clothpix.com first. Consumer Arbitration Committees may be applied to within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

9. Acceptance

By completing the payment, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
