2. Service Description

ClothPix is an AI-powered product photo generation service. You upload garment photos, and our AI generates professional product photos. The service is provided 'as is'.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: Upload illegal or harmful content, Use the service for fraudulent purposes, Attempt to reverse engineer our AI, Share your account with others.

5. Intellectual Property

Generated photos belong to you. You grant ClothPix a license to use generated images for service improvement only. ClothPix retains all rights to its AI technology and platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClothPix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
